By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and okcards.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the okcards Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify okcards promptly of any changes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okcards will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify okcards immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
okcards reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PhilSys) ID, UMID, passport, driver's licence, and PRC ID. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period requested by okcards may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.
Deposits may be made exclusively through the Authorised Payment Methods listed on the okcards Platform at the time of transaction. okcards does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and may trigger Account suspension and AML review.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. okcards reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Authorised Payment Method used for the original deposit where possible, and only to an account registered in the Player's verified name. Withdrawal processing times are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to successful KYC verification. okcards targets same-day processing for the majority of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests but cannot guarantee specific timeframes.
All transactions on the okcards Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player and are applied by the relevant payment provider.
okcards complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations. okcards reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and to suspend transactions pending the outcome of any AML investigation. Suspicious transaction reports may be filed with relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by okcards are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.
Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus Fund amount (e.g., 25x means you must wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount). Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements — contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
okcards employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit, exploiting game mechanics in ways not intended by the promotion, coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a promotion, or registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Detection of any such activity entitles okcards to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the offending Account(s) without prior notice.
The welcome bonus available to new okcards Players is limited to one claim per verified person, residential address, device, and payment method. Players who are found to have claimed a welcome bonus through multiple Accounts or by misrepresenting their details will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided and their Accounts closed.
okcards reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or temporarily suspend any game or feature on the Platform at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location and the applicable regulatory environment.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that results in a wager being placed incorrectly or a result being displayed in error, okcards reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Payouts arising from a demonstrable malfunction are not binding on okcards. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, okcards' server records shall be the authoritative record of the outcome of that round. okcards is not liable for losses arising from network disruptions, device failures, or any other connectivity issues that are outside its direct control.
All random number generation used in okcards games is provided by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are independently verified to be random and fair. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okcards Platform:
okcards reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities. Any winnings, deposits, or Bonus Funds associated with an Account closed for prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right or licence to use such content outside of normal Platform use. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any okcards intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okcards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits okcards' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
okcards reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, Player self-exclusion requests, or regulatory direction. Where an Account is closed other than for breach, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting okcards Customer Support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. Verified Real Money balances will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the okcards Platform, you should first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. okcards will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If you remain dissatisfied following our internal resolution process, you may refer the matter to the applicable regulatory authority in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures under Philippine law. The decision of the applicable authority on any gaming dispute shall be final and binding.
okcards reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through okcards' internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
